Sieťový kábel Helos Cat 6 S/FTP 0,25 m

The Helos Cat 6 S/FTP 0.25 m networking cable is a short, high-performance patch lead designed for reliable Ethernet connections. Compliant with Cat6 standards and equipped with S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction, this 0.25 m cable reduces electromagnetic interference and supports stable high-speed data transfer. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors and the cable is finished in a distinctive magenta colour for easy identification in dense cable environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded alternatives, helping to maintain signal integrity in environments with multiple cables or nearby electronic equipment. The short 0.25 m length minimizes signal loss for patching between adjacent ports and reduces cable clutter. Standard RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with network switches, routers, patch panels and network interface cards. The magenta jacket makes the cable visually distinctive, assisting rapid identification during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between adjacent ports in racks or patch panels
• Connecting network devices where a compact cable run is needed
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielding is preferred
• Colour-coded cabling schemes for easy organisation and maintenance

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 performance class
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foiled pairs)
• Length: 0.25 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Conductor type: twisted pair
• Colour: magenta

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Use the cable to patch between switches, routers, patch panels or network devices at short distances, keeping the 0.25 m length in mind when planning layout. For installations using shielded cabling, ensure that connected equipment and termination points support grounding and shield continuity where required to obtain the full benefit of S/FTP construction.

Recommendations

For best results, use this 0.25 m Helos Cat 6 S/FTP cable for short, high-density patching in racks and patch panels. Maintain proper grounding of shielded terminations, avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force, and select colour-coded cables to simplify future troubleshooting and changes.
