Sieťový kábel Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 0,25 m

The Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 0.25 m networking cable is a short patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections in compact installations. With S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this 0.25 m cable supports reliable data transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference. The bright yellow jacket improves visibility and cable management in dense racks or home network setups.

Advantages

S/FTP construction provides individual foil shielding around each twisted pair plus an overall braided shield, which helps minimize crosstalk and external interference for stable high-frequency signals. The 0.25 m length reduces unused cable slack for tidy connections between adjacent ports or patch panels. Standard RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with network switches, routers and network interface cards that accept Cat6a cabling. The yellow outer jacket allows quick identification of network segments or device roles in mixed-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switches, patch panels and routers
• High-speed Ethernet links in server racks and network closets
• Desktop or workstation connections where minimal cable slack is needed
• Environments requiring improved shielding to reduce interference

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + individual pair foil)
• Length: 0.25 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Colour: Yellow

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until it clicks into place. Use the cable to connect adjacent ports on patch panels, switches or network devices where a short, shielded link is required. For best performance, avoid sharp bends near the connector strain relief and do not kink the cable. Ensure both devices support the intended network speed and that connections are secure before powering network equipment.

Recommendations

For optimal shielding performance, keep the cable routed away from large power cables and sources of electromagnetic noise. Use this 0.25 m length when connecting neighbouring ports to avoid excess slack; choose longer cables for connections across larger distances. Inspect connectors periodically for secure seating and replace the cable if the outer jacket or connector latch is damaged.
