Sieťový kábel Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 0,25 m oranžový

The Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 0.25 m Orange networking cable is a short patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for high-speed Ethernet connections where space and neat cabling are important. The S/FTP (Shielded Foiled Twisted Pair) construction provides individual pair foil shielding plus overall shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and improve signal integrity for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and other high-bandwidth applications. Its 0.25 m length is suitable for connecting devices in close proximity such as switches, patch panels, or wall outlets, and the orange jacket helps with visual identification in crowded cable environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding minimizes crosstalk and external interference, supporting stable high-speed data transmission. Short length reduces cable clutter and signal loss for short-distance links. RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with standard Ethernet ports. The bright orange sheath aids quick identification and organization of network runs while the construction is intended to provide reliable mechanical and electrical performance in typical office and server-room environments.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting switches to patch panels in racks with short cable runs
• Linking network devices on the same desk or within a server cabinet
• Temporary or permanent short connections in data centers and wiring closets
• Environments where cable color coding is used for quick identification

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (individual pair foil + overall shield)
• Length: 0.25 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Orange

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until the latch clicks to ensure a secure connection. Use the 0.25 m cable to connect devices located close to each other, such as networking equipment within the same rack or adjacent wall outlets. Avoid sharp bends near the connector and do not place excessive strain on the cable; route it along intended cable pathways or use cable management accessories to maintain orderly installations.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat 6a S/FTP cable for short, high-speed links where shielding is beneficial. Avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference, and verify connector seating if you experience intermittent connectivity.
