Sieťový kábel Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 10 m

The Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 10 m networking cable is a shielded, high-performance Ethernet cable designed for installations requiring reliable 10 Gigabit-capable connectivity over short to medium distances. This 10 m blue cable uses S/FTP (shielded with individual foil around pairs and an overall braided shield) construction and comes terminated with RJ-45 connectors on both ends to support stable data transmission in structured cabling, office networks, server rooms and multimedia setups.

Advantages

The S/FTP design reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk compared with unshielded cables, helping to maintain signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. With Cat 6a specification, the cable is suited to higher frequency operation and supports higher throughput than lower-category cables. The 10 m length provides flexibility for equipment placement while the factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure straightforward plug-and-play installation.

Suitable for

• 10/100/1000 Mbps and 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections within a 10 m run
• Wired connections between switches, routers, PCs, NAS devices and networked AV equipment
• Office, data cabinet, server room and home network cabling where shielding is beneficial

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braided shield with foil-wrapped pairs)
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Color: Blue

How to use

Uncoil the Helos Cat 6a S/FTP cable and route it along the desired path, avoiding tight bends and sharp edges. Plug the RJ-45 connectors firmly into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your network devices. For best performance, keep the cable clear of high-power electrical wiring and equipment that may generate electromagnetic interference. Ensure connectors are fully seated and test the link with network diagnostic tools if required.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use this Cat 6a S/FTP cable for runs up to 10 m where shielding is needed to protect against EMI. When installing multiple shielded cables, maintain proper grounding of shielded components according to your installation standards to realize the full benefit of the S/FTP construction.
