Sieťový kábel Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 10 m červený

The Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 10 m Red networking cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed wired connections. With a 10 meter length and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this Cat 6a cable supports data transmission requirements for gigabit and multi-gigabit networks while the S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) structure reduces electromagnetic interference. The red jacket provides clear visual identification in cable runs and rack installations.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction offers improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded cables, helping to maintain signal integrity over longer runs. The Cat 6a specification supports higher frequencies and data rates typical for modern network devices. Factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure plug-and-play compatibility with standard network ports. The 10 m length balances reach and manageability for desktop-to-switch or patch-panel connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and networked peripherals within offices and homes
• Patching between wall outlets and network equipment in wiring closets or underfloor channels
• Use in environments where visual cable identification is required (rack management, lab setups)

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foiled pairs)
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Colour: Red

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the network port until a click confirms engagement. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and maintain the manufacturer’s recommended minimum bend radius. For best performance, keep the cable separated from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as power lines and large motors. If using patch panels or keystone jacks, ensure connectors are fully seated and secured.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines over long distances and do not crush or excessively stretch the cable. Use cable ties or Velcro straps to organize runs without compressing the jacket. In installations requiring additional grounding or bonding, follow local regulations and equipment manufacturer guidelines.
