Sieťový kábel Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 20 m

The Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 20 m networking cable is a 20-meter Ethernet cable with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for Category 6a environments, this green cable supports high-speed data transmission and is intended for use where reduced crosstalk and improved signal integrity are required. The cable's shielding configuration and standardized RJ-45 terminations make it suitable for structured cabling, patching and direct device connections in home, office and commercial network setups.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides individual foil around each twisted pair plus an overall braid, reducing electromagnetic interference and alien crosstalk in dense installations. The Cat 6a specification supports higher frequencies than Cat 6, enabling stable performance for applications that require higher data rates. Pre-terminated RJ-45 connectors simplify installation and ensure compatibility with standard network ports. The visible green jacket helps with quick identification within multi-cable bundles and rack environments.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections between switches, routers and endpoints
• Patch panel to wall socket or workstation cabling
• High-density network environments where shielding is beneficial
• Home and small office networks requiring a 20 m cable length

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (shielded with foiled pairs and overall braid)
• Length: 20 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Color: Green

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device or port and the other connector to the corresponding switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to confirm a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible. For installations in racks or conduits use appropriate cable management to prevent strain on the connectors and maintain signal performance.

Recommendations

Use the Helos Cat 6a S/FTP cable in shielded or mixed cabling environments where interference mitigation is required. Avoid over-bending the cable at termination points and leave service loops where appropriate. For long-term installations, verify compatibility with existing structured cabling and grounding practices to ensure the shielding functions correctly.
