Sieťový kábel Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 30 m

The Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 30 m networking cable is a 30-meter shielded twisted-pair cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. With S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this red cable provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and consistent signal transmission for demanding network environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and external interference, supporting stable data transfer at higher frequencies compared with unshielded cables. Having RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensures immediate compatibility with standard network equipment without additional adapters. The 30 m length suits larger rooms and installations where longer reach is required, and the red colour helps with cable identification and visual organisation in racks or workspaces.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in offices and homes
• Data centres and server rooms requiring reduced interference
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming and large file transfers
• Structured cabling installations where cable colour coding is used

Key specifications

• Category: Cat 6a performance class
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with foil for individual pairs)
• Length: 30 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Colour: Red
• Suitable for high-speed Ethernet standards up to Cat 6a frequency ranges

How to use

Route the Helos Cat 6a cable between network devices, ensuring connectors are fully inserted into RJ-45 ports until the latch clicks. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling; maintain bend radii recommended for twisted-pair cables and secure the cable with clips or cable ties to prevent strain on connectors. For installations near potential sources of electromagnetic interference, orient the cable to minimise parallel runs with power lines and use available cable management to separate signal and power cabling.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, test connections with a network tester after installation to verify signal integrity and proper pair termination. Use the red colour for clear identification in patch panels or structured cabling schemes and avoid running the cable in direct contact with mains wiring to reduce interference.
