Sieťový kábel Helos CAT5e SF/UTP 5 m červený

The Helos CAT5e SF/UTP 5m Red networking cable is a shielded twisted-pair cable designed for reliable data transmission in wired Ethernet networks. At 5 meters in length and finished in red, this cable uses SF/UTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends to provide stable connectivity for home, office, or small-business installations while helping to reduce electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

SF/UTP construction combines an overall foil shield with unshielded twisted pairs to balance interference protection and flexibility. Cat5e specification supports high-speed Ethernet applications and reduces crosstalk compared with older cable categories. Factory-crimped RJ-45 connectors ensure a standard plug-and-play fit with network ports and devices. The red jacket improves cable identification and organization within patch panels, wall outlets, or cable runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, printers, and network-attached storage to a switch or router
• Patch panel to switch connections in small office or home server racks
• Short to medium Ethernet runs where visual cable identification is useful
• Environments requiring additional shielding against electromagnetic noise

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e
• Shielding type: SF/UTP (overall foil with unshielded pairs)
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Red

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices until the latch clicks to ensure a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, sharp edges, or locations with heavy electromagnetic interference such as near large transformers or high-current power cables. For fixed installations, use cable management accessories such as clips or cable ties to maintain neat runs and prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable for Gigabit and Fast Ethernet networks up to the Cat5e specifications and avoid running it in parallel with mains power cables for extended distances. Inspect connectors periodically for damage and replace the cable if the jacket or plugs show signs of wear.
