Sieťový kábel Helos CAT5e SF/UTP 7,5 m

The Helos CAT5e SF/UTP 7.5m is a shielded Ethernet patch cable designed for reliable data transmission in home and office networks. With a 7.5 metre length and SF/UTP construction, the cable combines a braided overall shield with individually unshielded twisted pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference while maintaining flexibility. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors and the cable comes in a yellow jacket for easy identification within structured cabling installations.

Advantages

The SF/UTP shielding decreases external electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity in environments with electrical noise. The CAT5e specification supports high-speed data transfer suitable for common LAN applications. RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure plug-and-play compatibility with routers, switches, patch panels and network devices. The 7.5 m length balances reach and cable management flexibility while the yellow outer jacket increases visibility for troubleshooting and organization.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home or small office networks
• Patch panel to switch links in structured cabling
• Temporary or permanent Ethernet runs where EMI protection is needed
• Identifiable cabling in multi-cable environments or data centers

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT5e
• Shielding type: SF/UTP (overall foil and braid with unshielded twisted pairs)
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Yellow

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other connector into the corresponding port on the switch, router or wall plate. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, excessive tension or proximity to power cables to preserve signal quality. For structured cabling, use appropriate cable management such as clips or Velcro straps to maintain neat runs and reduce strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines; cross them at right angles if necessary. When installing in dense cable bundles or near heavy machinery, consider additional shielding or upgrading to higher-category cables if future bandwidth needs are expected to increase.
