Sieťový kábel Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 30 m červený

The Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 30m Red is a Category 6 networking cable designed for reliable high-speed Ethernet connections. This 30-meter cable uses S/FTP (overall braided shield with individually foil-shielded pairs, PIMF) construction to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity across longer runs. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors and the cable is suited to installations that require visible or color-coded cabling thanks to its red jacket.

Advantages

S/FTP (PIMF) shielding improves resistance to external electromagnetic interference and crosstalk between pairs, helping to preserve throughput and reduce error rates on Gigabit Ethernet links. The Cat6 specification supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks, making the cable compatible with a wide range of existing switches, routers and network interfaces. The 30 m length provides a practical reach for office desks, server cabinets and structured cabling segments while the pre-terminated RJ-45 connectors simplify installation.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections in homes and small offices
• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels within structured cabling
• Network runs where color-coded cables help with identification and management
• Environments that benefit from improved shielding to reduce interference

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braided shield + foil for each pair, PIMF)
• Length: 30 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Supported cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Colour: Red

How to use

Route the cable between network devices, avoiding tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic noise where possible. Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. For best performance, do not exceed the recommended maximum run length for structured cabling and maintain proper cable management to prevent strain on connectors. When connecting to patch panels or switches, label both ends if needed for identification.

Recommendations

For stable Gigabit performance, pair this Cat6 S/FTP cable with compatible shielded ports or properly grounded patch panels to ensure effective shielding. Avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines; when crossing is necessary, do so at a right angle to minimize interference. Periodically inspect connectors and the jacket for damage and replace the cable if shielding or insulation is compromised.
