Sieťový kábel Helos patch kábel 363742 RJ-45 (M) na RJ-45 (M) Cat 6 1 m čierny

The Helos Patch-Kabel 363742 RJ-45 (M) to RJ-45 (M) Cat 6 1m Black is a Cat 6 network patch cable engineered for reliable wired connections between network devices. With standard RJ-45 male connectors on both ends and a 1 metre length, it provides a compact solution for linking routers, switches, patch panels, modems and desktop devices. The black jacket offers a discreet appearance suitable for home and office environments while the cable construction supports Category 6 transmission characteristics for improved signal integrity over shorter runs.

Advantages

This Cat 6 patch cable offers consistent performance for Ethernet networks, supporting higher frequencies and tighter twist specifications compared to lower categories. The moulded RJ-45 connectors ensure secure connections and strain relief at the terminations to reduce connector stress. The 1 m length minimises cable clutter while providing enough reach for typical desk-to-switch or patch panel connections. The cable’s outer sheath delivers basic protection against wear in everyday installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, printers or IP phones to a network switch or router
• Patch panel to network equipment connections in small racks or wall-mounted cabinets
• Short horizontal cabling runs in home, office and small business setups
• Temporary or permanent workstation cabling where 1 metre length is sufficient

Key specifications

• Category: Cat 6 (suitable for Gigabit Ethernet)
• Connectors: RJ-45 male to RJ-45 male
• Length: 1 metre
• Colour: Black
• Cable type: U/UTP or equivalent unshielded twisted-pair construction compatible with Cat 6 standards
• Suitable frequency range: up to 250 MHz (Cat 6 specification)

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until the latch clicks to ensure a firm connection. Use the cable to link end devices (PC, NAS, IP phone) to switches, routers or wall sockets. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, kinks and sources of electromagnetic interference such as large power transformers or unshielded power cables. For rack or cabinet installations, position the cable to minimise strain on connectors and avoid obstructing airflow.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs within recommended distances for horizontal cabling and avoid tight bends with a radius smaller than four times the cable diameter. Replace the cable if connector latches are damaged or if the jacket shows significant wear. For environments with high electromagnetic interference or where future higher-speed upgrades are planned, consider shielded Cat 6A or higher-category cabling as an alternative.
