Sieťový kábel Helos S/FTP (PIMF) CAT 6 10 m

The Helos S/FTP (PIMF) CAT 6 networking cable 10m is an orange, factory-terminated Ethernet cable engineered for reliable gigabit connections. It uses S/FTP (shielded foil around each pair with an overall braided shield) construction to minimize electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, and is compatible with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. Both ends feature RJ-45 plugs for simple plug-and-play installation in home or office network environments where a 10 metre reach is required.

Advantages

This CAT 6 cable provides improved signal integrity through pair-level foil shielding and an overall braid, supporting stable high-speed data transmission. The 10 m length covers typical room-to-room or desk-to-switch connections without additional couplers. With standard RJ-45 connectors on both ends and adherence to 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology, the cable is ready for immediate use with switches, routers, patch panels and network devices that accept shielded twisted-pair links.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops and consoles to routers or switches within the same room or nearby rooms
• Patch connections between wall outlets and desktop equipment
• Office and small business gigabit Ethernet networks
• Environments with increased electromagnetic interference where shielding improves link stability

Key specifications

• Cabling standard: CAT 6
• Shielding type: S/FTP (pair foil with overall braid)
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Supported data rates: compatible with 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Colour: Orange

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your router, switch or modem and insert the opposite connector into the Ethernet port of your computer, gaming console or other network device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, kinking or running parallel and in close contact with power cables for extended distances; use cable clips or ties to secure the cable where necessary. For optimal shielding performance, connect to devices and patch panels that support shielded connections and ensure proper grounding where applicable.

Recommendations

Use this S/FTP CAT 6 cable for indoor fixed installations and patching where interference reduction and gigabit performance are required. Avoid outdoor exposure and do not subject the cable to prolonged bending beyond manufacturer bend-radius guidelines. When connecting to shielded ports, confirm chassis or connector grounding to preserve the benefits of the shielding.
