Sieťový kábel Helos S/FTP (PIMF) CAT 6 15 m

The Networking Cable Helos S/FTP (PIMF) CAT 6 15m is a 15-meter Ethernet cable designed for reliable gigabit networking in home and office environments. The cable uses S/FTP (shielded foil twisted pair with overall braid) construction to reduce electromagnetic interference and improve signal integrity. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors and the cable is finished in a bright orange jacket for easy identification within cable runs.

Advantages

S/FTP (PIMF) shielding provides protection against external noise and crosstalk, supporting stable data transmission at gigabit speeds. The CAT 6 specification ensures compatibility with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. At 15 m length the cable allows flexible device placement without intermediate patch panels for many typical layouts. The molded RJ-45 connectors offer a secure connection and straightforward plug-and-play installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home networks
• Office workstations and meeting room network points
• Server room patching for short horizontal runs
• Audio/visual setups that require reliable Ethernet links

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs, PIMF)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Category: CAT 6
• Color: Orange

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network device (router, switch or network interface) and the other into the destination device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and heavy compression; maintain the natural bend radius. For installations near potential sources of interference, position the cable to minimise parallel runs alongside power lines and high-power devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable length within recommended limits for copper Ethernet and avoid kinking or excessive twisting. Use this CAT 6 S/FTP cable where reduced interference is required, and verify connector seating and device settings when commissioning network links.
