Sieťový kábel Lanberg PATCHCORD KAT.6A S/FTP LSZH CU 0,5M červený

The Lanberg PATCHCORD KAT.6A S/FTP LSZH CU 0.5M Red is a short, shielded Ethernet patch cable designed for high-speed network connections in indoor environments. Constructed with S/FTP topology and copper conductors, the cable supports reliable data transmission while minimizing electromagnetic interference. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket reduces toxic fumes and smoke in case of fire, making the cable suitable for confined spaces where safety and air quality are important. At 0.5 meters in length and finished in red, it is intended for neat, visible connections between network devices, patch panels and switches in offices, data closets and home networks.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding structure provides individual pair foil shielding plus an overall braid to protect against crosstalk and external interference, improving signal integrity for high-bandwidth applications. Copper conductors ensure consistent conductive performance and compatibility with standard RJ45 terminations. The LSZH outer jacket offers enhanced safety by limiting smoke emission and avoiding halogenated compounds, which is beneficial in public and enclosed spaces. The compact 0.5 m length reduces excess cable clutter and helps maintain tidy patching layouts, while the distinctive red color aids visual identification and circuit management.

How to use

Connect the RJ45 plug at each end to the corresponding network ports on switches, patch panels, routers or devices. Ensure connectors are fully seated and the locking tab engages to prevent accidental disconnection. Use the 0.5 m length for short, in-rack or desktop connections where minimal slack is desired. Avoid tight bending or kinking near the connectors to maintain cable performance and shielding integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable within the same cabling standards environment (Cat6A-rated ports and patch panels) and keep runs under the recommended maximum for patch cords. Avoid routing alongside high-power electrical cables for extended distances to reduce potential interference and maintain optimal signal quality.
