Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-39085 RJ-45 Cat7 15 m čierny

The ShiverPeaks BS08-39085 RJ-45 Cat7 15m Black is a 15-metre network cable designed for high-speed wired Ethernet connections. Built to Cat7 specification with S/FTP shielding, this cable minimises electromagnetic and crosstalk interference to maintain stable data transmission. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors and gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance. The black outer jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for residential, office, or server-room environments.

Advantages

The cable’s Cat7 standard and S/FTP shielding provide enhanced protection against external interference and internal pair-to-pair crosstalk, supporting reliable high-bandwidth data transfer. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure consistent electrical contact and longer connector life. With a 15 m length, the cable offers flexibility for connecting devices over longer distances without the need for additional joins or adapters. The durable outer sheath reduces wear from routing and handling.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels in home or office networks
• Wired connections for desktops, NAS devices and media players
• Structured cabling runs in racks and server rooms where interference protection is needed

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (shielded overall with individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Length: 15 m
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (router, switch or network interface) and the other end to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; maintain gentle curves and avoid kinking. For fixed installations, use cable management supports such as clips or channels to reduce strain and maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable for Gigabit and multi-gigabit Ethernet links where shielding and reduced crosstalk are required. Avoid running the cable parallel to power lines for long distances and replace the cable if the outer jacket or connectors show visible damage.
