Sieťový kábel Lindy 48383 čierny 3 m Cat5e F/UTP (FTP)

The Lindy 48383 is a 3 m Cat5e F/UTP (FTP) networking cable fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for reliable Ethernet connections, this cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology and provides shielding to reduce external electromagnetic interference. Its 3 metre length is suitable for linking devices across desks, small office setups and home network points while maintaining stable data transmission for everyday networking tasks.

Advantages

The FTP (F/UTP) construction offers improved protection against external noise compared with unshielded cables, helping to maintain signal integrity in environments with moderate interference. Standard RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with routers, switches, network cards and other Ethernet-enabled devices. The Cat5e rating provides support for gigabit Ethernet speeds where network equipment and conditions allow, and the 3 m length balances reach and cable management convenience.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, printers and networked peripherals to a router or switch
• Home and small office Ethernet links where a 3 m cable is sufficient
• Temporary or permanent connections in areas with potential external interference

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat5e F/UTP (FTP)
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Supported cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on your router, switch or modem. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a secure physical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; maintain gentle curves and avoid running parallel to power cables for long distances to reduce potential interference. If you need to extend reach, use a compatible coupler or a longer certified cable rather than adding multiple short segments.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the Lindy Cat5e F/UTP cable in indoor environments and keep it away from high-power electrical equipment. Verify that connected network devices support gigabit speeds if you require 1000Base-T operation. Inspect connectors for damage before use and replace the cable if shielding or terminations appear compromised.
