Sieťový kábel Lindy 48392 sivý 2 m Cat5e F/UTP (FTP)

The Lindy 48392 Grey 2m Cat5e F/UTP networking cable is a 2-metre Ethernet cable designed for stable wired network connections. It conforms to the Cat5e standard and uses F/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference, and is fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The grey jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for residential and office environments, while supporting common network applications including internet access, local area networking and device-to-device connections.

Advantages

This Cat5e F/UTP cable offers improved protection against external interference compared to unshielded cables, helping to maintain signal integrity in environments with nearby electrical equipment. The RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with standard network ports, and the 2 m length provides a balance between reach and cable management. The grey outer jacket is durable and suitable for visible installations where a discreet look is preferred.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers, modems and network switches
• Home and small office wired internet connections
• Temporary or semi-permanent network setups requiring a 2 m cable
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is needed

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device (for example a PC, laptop, router or switch) and the other end into the corresponding port on the network device. Ensure connectors click into place to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinch points that could damage the jacket or internal conductors. For best performance, keep the cable away from high-power electrical cabling where possible.

Recommendations

Use the Lindy 48392 for typical Ethernet applications up to Cat5e performance: internet access, file sharing and media streaming on local networks. For longer runs, higher bandwidth needs or environments requiring additional shielding, consider appropriate Cat6/Cat6a cables or fully shielded alternatives.
