Sieťový kábel Lindy 7,5m RJ-45 Cat6 U/UTP fialový

Network Cable Lindy 7.5m RJ-45 Cat6 U/UTP Violet is a 7.5 meter Cat.6 patch cable designed for data transmission up to 250 MHz and supporting Ethernet speeds up to 1 Gbps (1000Base-T). The cable uses an unshielded U/UTP construction engineered to meet ISO/IEC 11801 requirements and is supplied individually in a polybag. Both ends have RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to ensure long-term corrosion-free connections and a snagless strain relief to protect the connector latch during installation and removal.

Advantages

The Cat.6 design delivers stable performance at frequencies up to 250 MHz and allows Gigabit Ethernet operation despite being unshielded, thanks to optimized electrophysical parameters. Gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance, while the snagless connector design reduces the risk of damage to the latch during handling. The violet jacket provides easy visual identification in cabling environments.

Suitable for

• Wired Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T)
• Home and office network connections between switches, routers and PCs
• Patch panels and structured cabling within a single floor or rack
• Temporary or permanent patching where visual cable identification is useful

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat.6 U/UTP
• Bandwidth / frequency: up to 250 MHz
• Supported Ethernet: up to 1000Base-T (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket colour: Violet
• Standards: manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router, PC) and the other to the corresponding port. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; the snagless design protects the latch but does not replace proper cable management. For optimal signal integrity, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines for extended distances.

Recommendations

Use this Lindy Cat.6 U/UTP cable for short to medium runs within offices or homes where Gigabit connectivity is required; for environments with high electromagnetic interference or where future-proofing to higher categories is needed, consider shielded or higher-category alternatives.
