Sieťový kábel ROLINE S/FTP (PiMF) patch kábel RJ-45 Cat.6 15,0 m čierny

The ROLINE S/FTP (PiMF) Patch Cord RJ-45 Cat.6 15.0m Black is a Cat.6 network patch cable designed for reliable connections between network devices. It uses a 4-pair stranded copper conductor with pairs shielded by aluminium-clad polyester foil and a complete braided shield (S/FTP), and is fitted with screened RJ-45 connectors on both ends with gold-plated contacts. The cable is 15.0 m long and comes in black.

Advantages

Complete braid shielding combined with foil-shielded pairs reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable data transmission. Gold-plated contacts on high-quality RJ-45 plugs provide reliable contact and corrosion resistance. The moulded kink protection and flexible construction allow for narrow bending radii and improved durability in installation environments. Contact assignment 1:1 follows the EIA/TIA 568 standard for straightforward wiring.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers, patch panels and network devices in LANs
• Office and data center horizontal and patch cabling
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where S/FTP shielding is required

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat.6 S/FTP (PiMF) patch cord
• Length: 15.0 m
• Conductor: 4-pair stranded copper
• Shielding: foil on pairs + full braided shield (S/FTP)
• Connectors: screened RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Contact configuration: 1:1 (EIA/TIA 568)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Plug each screened RJ-45 connector into the corresponding RJ-45 ports on the devices to be connected, ensuring a firm snap-in. Route the cable with respect to bending radius and avoid sharp kinks; the moulded kink protection increases durability but proper routing extends cable life. Use standard network testing tools after installation to verify continuity and signal quality according to Cat.6 requirements.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to mains power lines or large electrical equipment. If installed in permanent in-wall runs, ensure compliance with local regulations and use appropriate cabling methods for plenum/risers if required.
