Sieťový kábel Sharkoon Patch SFTP RJ-45 Cat.7a 10 m sivý

The Sharkoon Patch SFTP RJ-45 Cat.7a 10m Gray network cable is a shielded Ethernet cable engineered for stable, high-speed data transmission. Built to Cat.7a standards with SFTP (shielded foil twisted pair) construction and RJ-45 connectors, the cable is intended to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity over a 10 meter reach. Its gray jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for home or office environments, while the length gives flexibility when positioning networking hardware.

Advantages

The SFTP shielding combines foil and individual pair shielding to limit crosstalk and external interference, supporting consistent throughput for high-bandwidth applications. Cat.7a specification allows for higher frequency operation than earlier categories, enabling reliable performance for demanding tasks. The molded RJ-45 connectors ensure secure, low-loss connections and simplified plug-and-play installation without special tools.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, switches, and patch panels in home and small office networks
• High-definition streaming and online gaming where low latency and stable bandwidth are required
• Workstations and NAS devices requiring sustained data transfer rates
• Temporary or permanent cabling between network equipment across rooms up to 10 meters apart

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.7a
• Shielding type: SFTP (overall foil plus individually shielded twisted pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Length: 10 meters
• Outer jacket color: Gray
• Intended use: Ethernet data transmission for gigabit and higher-speed networks

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (router, switch, modem or network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as power transformers or unshielded power lines. For best performance, avoid running the cable alongside mains wiring for extended distances.

Recommendations

For stable high-speed operation, use the cable within its 10 m length and maintain gentle bend radii; keep connectors clean and fully seated. If grounding is available for connected equipment, ensure proper grounding to maximize shielding effectiveness. Replace the cable if connector pins become damaged or if the jacket is visibly compromised.
