Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks 75210-100HSP RJ45 Cat 5e 100,0 m čierny

The ShiverPeaks 75210-100HSP RJ45 Cat 5e network cable is a 100.0 m black patch cable designed for structured cabling in homes, offices and small data networks. Constructed with F/UTP shielding, the cable reduces external electromagnetic interference while supporting reliable data transmission at Cat 5e performance levels. The halogen-free jacket provides improved safety in enclosed spaces by limiting harmful emissions in case of fire. This cable is intended for horizontal and patching runs where a balance of signal integrity, flexibility and cost-effectiveness is required.

Advantages

The F/UTP construction delivers protection against external noise sources while preserving flexible handling for installation. A 100 m reel length reduces the need for splicing and is suitable for continuous runs between equipment racks or distribution points. The halogen-free outer sheath minimizes corrosive and toxic gas release in the event of fire, supporting safer installation in offices and residential buildings. The standard RJ45 termination and Cat 5e specification ensure compatibility with common network devices and switches.

Suitable for

• Wiring horizontal network runs in homes and small offices
• Patching between wall outlets, switches and routers
• Temporary or permanent installations where EMI reduction is desired

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 5e performance
• Length: 100.0 meters
• Conductor arrangement: twisted pairs
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil screened, unshielded pairs)
• Outer sheath: halogen-free material
• Color: black
• Connector type: RJ45 compatible termination

How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the 100 m reel, allowing additional slack for routing and termination. Strip the outer sheath carefully without damaging the twisted pairs, maintain pair integrity and follow the T568A or T568B wiring standard when terminating RJ45 plugs or punching down to keystone jacks. For longer permanent runs, secure the cable using proper supports and avoid tight bends or crushing. Test each run with a network cable tester to verify continuity, pair integrity and correct wiring before putting the link into service.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines for long distances and keep separation from strong EMI sources. Use appropriate patch panels, jacks and cable management to reduce mechanical stress. When installing in public or sensitive areas, follow local fire and building codes regarding halogen-free cabling and pathway requirements.
