Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks 75511-1.5R S/FTP Cat.7 bezhalogénový 1,5 m

ShiverPeaks 75511-1.5R is a 1.5 m S/FTP Cat.7 network cable with a halogen-free outer jacket designed for high-speed Ethernet links. The cable implements screened foiled twisted pairs (S/FTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, delivering stable signal transmission for professional and demanding network environments. Its construction and materials make it suitable for installations where improved shielding and low-smoke, halogen-free characteristics are required.

Advantages

The S/FTP design provides individual foil shielding for each twisted pair plus an overall braid, which enhances protection against EMI and supports reliable data rates up to Cat.7 performance levels. The halogen-free jacket reduces toxic gas emission and smoke density in case of fire, increasing safety in enclosed spaces. At 1.5 m length, the cable is compact and convenient for patching between switches, patch panels and network devices in racks and small-scale deployments.

Suitable for

• Data center patching and short interconnects in server racks
• Professional home networks requiring Cat.7 performance
• Switch-to-switch or switch-to-patch-panel connections
• Environments where halogen-free materials are preferred for safety

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid plus foil on each pair)
• Length: 1.5 m
• Conductor type: stranded copper (suitable for patch applications)
• Jacket material: halogen-free compound (LSZH)
• Connector type: RJ45 on both ends (shielded)

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to a network device such as a switch, router or patch panel and the other end to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks and verify link/activity LEDs on network equipment to confirm connectivity. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid running parallel to strong power sources for extended distances to maintain optimal shielding and signal integrity.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short-range patching in racks and wall-mounted panels. For permanent in-wall installations or runs exceeding recommended patch lengths, select cabling specifically certified for permanent link installation. Inspect connectors for damage before use and replace if the shielded latch or contacts are deformed.
