Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks 75511-1.5S S/FTP Cat.7 bezhalogénový 1,5 m

ShiverPeaks 75511-1.5S is a 1.5 m S/FTP Category 7 network cable with halogen-free insulation, designed for high-speed Ethernet and reliable data transmission in professional environments. The cable combines individual foil shielding around each twisted pair with an overall braided shield to minimise crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, providing stable signals for demanding LAN applications. Its halogen-free jacket reduces toxic gas emissions in case of fire, making it suitable for installations with increased safety requirements.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction ensures superior protection against alien crosstalk and external electromagnetic noise, supporting high-frequency signals up to Category 7 specifications. A halogen-free outer jacket improves safety in enclosed spaces and lowers corrosive gas output during thermal events. At 1.5 m length the cable is convenient for short patching between switches, patch panels, and workstations while maintaining robust mechanical and electrical performance.

Suitable for

• Patch connections between switches and patch panels in server rooms
• High-speed Ethernet links in professional LAN installations
• Structured cabling segments where Class F/Cat7 performance is required
• Installations with fire-safety considerations due to halogen-free jacket

Key specifications

• Cable type: S/FTP (foil shielded pairs + overall braid)
• Category: Cat7 / Class F performance
• Length: 1.5 m
• Insulation: halogen-free jacket material
• Colour: black
• Connector type: RJ45 compatible patch cable

How to use

Use this cable to connect network equipment such as switches, patch panels, routers and workstations. Ensure connectors are fully seated in RJ45 ports until a click is heard to guarantee proper contact. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force near the connector ends to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. For optimal performance, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and do not run in parallel with high-voltage power lines.

Recommendations

For reliable Cat7 performance, pair this 1.5 m S/FTP cable with compatible shielded connectors and maintain proper grounding of the networking system. Use it where short, high-performance patching is needed and follow local cabling standards for installation and fire-safety compliance.
