Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks 75550-Y Cat.7 S/FTP bezhalogénový 50 m

ShiverPeaks 75550-Y is a Cat.7 S/FTP network cable supplied on a 50 m spool. The halogen-free cable is intended for high-speed Ethernet and professional structured cabling, offering S/FTP shielding to minimise crosstalk and electromagnetic interference in backbone and server-room installations.

Advantages

The Cat.7 construction with S/FTP (screened foil twisted pairs plus overall braid) provides improved protection against signal degradation and external interference. Halogen-free materials reduce toxic gas release in case of fire and the 50 m spool format supports neat installation runs and easier disposal of excess cable. The cable is colour-marked in yellow to aid identification in multi-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Backbone cabling in commercial or industrial networks
• Server rooms and data centres
• Structured cabling for high-speed Ethernet (up to Cat.7 applications)
• Environments requiring low-toxicity, halogen-free cabling

How to use

Unwind the required cable length from the 50 m spool and cut using appropriate cable cutters. Terminate the cable with compatible RJ45 connectors or keystone jacks rated for Cat.7 and S/FTP construction, taking care to preserve shielding and pair integrity during stripping and termination. Follow local installation standards for bend radius, pull tension and grounding of the overall braid.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install this Cat.7 S/FTP cable in compliance with structured cabling standards and ensure proper grounding of the braid. Avoid tight bends and excessive pulling force; use compatible Cat.7 terminations to maintain shielding effectiveness.
