Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BASIC-S Cat7 7,5 m sivý U/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S Cat7 7.5m Grey U/FTP networking cable provides a 7.5 metre connection with U/FTP shielding and factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed to meet Cat7 performance parameters, this cable supports high-bandwidth wired networks and reduces electromagnetic interference through individual foil shielding around twisted pairs. The grey jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for visible installations in home, office or technical environments.

Advantages

This U/FTP Cat7 cable delivers improved signal integrity over unshielded alternatives by combining pair-level foil shielding with an overall jacket. The 7.5 m length balances reach and cable management without excessive slack. Precision RJ-45 terminations ensure consistent contact and compatibility with standard Gigabit and higher-speed Ethernet equipment. The cable's construction is intended to reduce crosstalk and external interference, supporting stable data transmission for demanding applications.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections between routers, switches and desktop devices
• Home networks requiring high bandwidth for streaming and gaming
• Small office or workstation cabling where reduced interference is needed
• Temporary or semi-permanent installations where a mid-length cable is appropriate

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7 performance class suitable for high-speed Ethernet
• Shielding: U/FTP (overall unshielded with foil-shielded individual pairs)
• Length: 7.5 metres
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends, factory-terminated
• Colour: Grey jacket for neutral appearance
• Conductor type: Copper conductors (stranded or solid depending on cable variant)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network outlet, switch or router and the other to the target device such as a PC, NAS or gaming console. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges; maintain a reasonable separation from power cables and strong electromagnetic sources where possible to preserve shielding effectiveness. If cutting to length or reterminating is required, follow standard cabling practices and use appropriate tools and connectors for Cat7-rated cable to maintain performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat7 U/FTP cable within its specified length and avoid running parallel to mains power lines. Verify connector seating and perform link testing if used in a structured network to confirm expected throughput and signal quality.
