Sieťový kábel shiverpeaks BASIC-S modrý 3 m Cat7 S/FTP RJ-45

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S networking cable Blue 3 m Cat7 S/FTP RJ-45 is a 3 meter high-performance Ethernet cable designed for fast, reliable wired connections. It uses Category 7 specifications with S/FTP shielding to minimize electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. The cable is terminated with RJ-45 connectors featuring gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance. The blue jacket provides a clear visual identification in structured cabling setups and home networks.

Advantages

The Cat7 construction with S/FTP shielding offers enhanced signal stability and reduced external interference compared with lower category cables. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure consistent contact quality and long-term durability. The 3 m length balances reach and neat cable management for typical desktop, router-to-switch, or AV equipment connections. Its standardized RJ-45 interface maintains broad compatibility with network devices that accept Ethernet connectors.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops, and workstations to routers or switches
• Home and small office wired LAN connections
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming and online gaming
• Patch panels and structured cabling where visual cable identification is needed

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield plus individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Length: 3 meters
• Color: Blue
• Typical use: Ethernet data transmission up to Category 7 performance levels

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on your router, switch, modem, or networked hardware. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; maintain gentle curves to preserve internal pair geometry and shielding effectiveness. For installations through cable channels or behind furniture, verify sufficient slack to prevent strain at connector ends.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable for wired connections in environments with potential electromagnetic interference; avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines. Inspect connectors periodically for dust or damage and replace the cable if contacts are bent or the jacket is compromised. Match cable category to network equipment capability to achieve the expected data rates.
