Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-22065 čierny 7m Cat6 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-22065 Black 7m Cat6 U/UTP networking cable provides a reliable wired connection for local area networks and single-device links. This Cat6 cable with U/UTP (unshielded/overall screened) construction is designed for up to 1000 Mbit/s data transfer rates and uses RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to maintain stable signal transmission and resist corrosion. The 7 metre length and black jacket make it suitable for desktop, wall-mounted, and office installations where a discreet, durable cable is required.

Advantages

The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds and is built to Cat6 performance standards, offering improved signal integrity compared with earlier categories. U/UTP construction reduces external electromagnetic interference while keeping the cable flexible for routing through cable channels. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve contact reliability and extend connector life. The black PVC jacket provides abrasion resistance and a neutral appearance that integrates with most environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and networked devices in home and office networks
• Wiring between patch panels and wall outlets in small network racks
• Temporary or fixed cable runs where a 7 m length is required
• Environments requiring a discreet black cable for visible installations

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded pairs with overall screen)
• Connector type: RJ-45 plugs on both ends
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Length: 7 m
• Outer color: black

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet ports of the devices you want to connect, such as a computer and a router or a switch and a patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to guarantee a proper mechanical and electrical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinch points; leave some slack to accommodate movement or repositioning of connected devices. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable management accessories without compressing the jacket.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and in close proximity to power lines or large electrical equipment to reduce potential interference. Test the link after installation using network diagnostics or a cable tester to confirm Gigabit connectivity. When installing in high-interference environments or for longer runs beyond typical horizontal distances, consider shielded cables or higher category cabling.
