Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-22075

The ShiverPeaks BS08-22075 is a 10 m Cat6 networking cable with U/UTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors plated in gold. Designed to support gigabit Ethernet, this cable provides structured data transmission for home and small office networks. Its Cat6 specification and shielded twisted-pair construction help maintain signal integrity across a 10 metre run while enabling reliable connections for devices such as routers, switches and networked computers.

Advantages

The U/UTP shielding reduces external electromagnetic interference while preserving the flexibility of the cable for typical installation scenarios. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance to ensure consistent electrical contact over time. The Cat6 category supports higher frequencies and data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s, making the cable suitable for gigabit networks and common multimedia or data transfer applications.

Suitable for

• Wired gigabit Ethernet connections between router, switch and PC
• Home and small office network wiring
• Connecting networked printers, NAS devices and media players
• Temporary or semi-permanent installations requiring 10 m cable length

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Length: 10 m
• Shielding: U/UTP (overall foil with unshielded twisted pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45
• Connector plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your router, switch or modem and the other connector into the network port of the target device such as a PC, NAS or smart TV. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the locking tab clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference; leave a small service loop at both ends if frequent reconnection is expected. For wall or ceiling runs, use appropriate clips or cable management accessories to secure the cable without crushing the jacket.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs under recommended distances for Cat6 in structured cabling environments and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines. If higher than gigabit speeds or future-proofing for 10 Gigabit Ethernet is required over longer distances, consider Cat6A or Cat7 alternatives.
