Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-26195 45m Cat6a S/FTP čierny

The ShiverPeaks BS08-26195 45m Cat6a S/FTP Black networking cable provides a long, shielded connection designed for high-speed data transmission in structured cabling systems. Constructed to Cat6a specifications with S/FTP (shielded foil twisted pair) shielding and fitted with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, this 45-metre cable is intended to maintain signal integrity and reduce electromagnetic interference over extended runs. The black jacket offers a discreet appearance suitable for visible installations in home or office environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction minimizes crosstalk and external interference, supporting stable performance at higher frequencies. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve contact reliability and reduce oxidation-related signal degradation. The 45 m length covers longer distances without intermediate patching, and Cat6a specification enables support for higher data rates and improved performance compared with lower category cables.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet connections up to 10 Gbps in short to medium runs
• Wiring between network switches, patch panels and wall outlets
• Home and office networks where EMI shielding and longer cable runs are needed
• Environments with multiple nearby cables or electronic equipment that may cause interference

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Shielding type: S/FTP (overall foil shield with individually shielded twisted pairs)
• Length: 45 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 plugs
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Jacket color: Black

How to use

Connect the gold-plated RJ-45 plugs to the corresponding Ethernet ports on network devices, ensuring secure insertion until the connector latch engages. Route the cable to avoid excessive bending and keep minimum bend radius recommended for Cat6a cables to preserve performance. For best results, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines for long distances and maintain proper strain relief at both ends.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable in installations consistent with Cat6a standards and pair it with compatible network equipment rated for required data speeds. Inspect connectors before installation and avoid sharp bends or kinks; when routing through conduits or cable trays, maintain separation from high-voltage power cables to reduce interference.
