Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-35150 sivý 1,5m Cat7 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-35150 Grey 1.5m Cat7 U/UTP is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for reliable wired network connections. With Cat7 specification and U/UTP shielding, this 1.5-metre cable supports high data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and is fitted with RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts. The grey jacket provides a neutral, professional appearance suitable for home, office, or data center environments.

Advantages

The cable’s Cat7 construction and unshielded twisted pair with overall U/UTP shielding reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity for demanding network tasks. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide corrosion resistance and stable contact, helping to maintain consistent throughput over time. Its 1.5 m length balances reach and cable management in desktop and rack setups, while the robust jacket offers durability during repeated installation or repositioning.

Suitable for

• High-speed internet connections and gigabit/10-gigabit local networks
• Connecting PCs, switches, routers, NAS devices and gaming consoles
• Short runs between network equipment in home offices and small server racks
• Environments where reduced interference and reliable data transfer are required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7 Ethernet cable
• Shielding: U/UTP (overall foil shield over unshielded twisted pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Maximum data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Length: 1.5 m
• Color: Grey
• Conductor: multi-core twisted pairs (copper)

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the RJ-45 port of your network device and the other end to the corresponding port on the switch, router, modem or endpoint device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until a click is felt for secure contact. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges to preserve internal pair geometry; avoid running parallel and close to high-power electrical cables to minimize interference. For best results, verify link speed and duplex settings on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 cable for short to medium patching runs where high throughput and reduced interference are required. Keep cable length appropriate for the network layout, and replace if physical damage or connector wear is observed. In mixed-cable installations, test link performance after adding or changing connections to confirm expected data rates.
