Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-39495 RJ-45 Cat7 40 m čierny

The ShiverPeaks BS08-39495 RJ-45 Cat7 40 m Black networking cable is a 40-metre Ethernet cable built to Cat7 performance levels for high-speed data transmission. It features S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to ensure reliable contact and improved conductivity. The cable’s black jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for professional and home installations.

Advantages

This Cat7 cable offers enhanced signal integrity through S/FTP shielding that combines foil and braided screens around individual pairs and the overall bundle. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve durability and contact reliability while resisting corrosion. The 40 m length provides extended reach for linking network equipment across rooms or between racks without additional patching. The black outer sheath resists visual clutter and integrates discreetly into most environments.

Suitable for

• Wired network connections between switches, routers, and patch panels
• High-bandwidth applications such as streaming, video conferencing, and large file transfers
• Home and small office installations where extended cable length is required
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielded cabling is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Length: 40 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil around pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Connector plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Black

How to use

Deploy the cable by routing it between network devices such as switches, routers, NAS units or wall outlets, avoiding tight bends and sharp kinks. Terminate each end into the RJ-45 ports and ensure connectors are fully seated to establish a secure link. For wall runs or permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable management accessories and maintain the manufacturer’s recommended bend radius. Test the connection with a network tester or by verifying link/activity lights on connected equipment.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable within its specified length and avoid running it parallel to power lines to reduce interference. When installing near potential sources of EMI, verify shielding continuity at termination points and consider grounding the system if required by your network setup.
