Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-41032-4 2 m Cat8.1 F/FTP žltý

The ShiverPeaks BS08-41032-4 2m Cat8.1 F/FTP Yellow is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for demanding network environments. Compliant with Cat8.1 specifications and featuring F/FTP shielding, this cable supports very high data rates while reducing electromagnetic interference. The cable is terminated with RJ-45 connectors plated with gold to improve contact reliability and resist corrosion, and its 2 meter length offers a balance between reach and reduced signal attenuation.

Advantages

F/FTP shielding (foil around each pair plus overall foil) provides strong protection against crosstalk and external EMI, resulting in stable, low-noise signal transmission. The Cat8.1 standard enables increased bandwidth suitable for 25/40 Gbps applications in short-reach scenarios. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure durable, low-resistance contacts and consistent performance over repeated insertions. The cable’s flexible jacket and standardized connector form factor simplify installation in server rooms, workstations, or structured cabling setups.

Suitable for

• High-speed local area networks where low latency and high throughput are required
• Server-to-switch and switch-to-switch short-reach connections in data centers
• Network backbone segments within office racks and telecom cabinets
• Workstation connections requiring reliable shielding against interference

Key specifications

• Category: Cat8.1
• Shielding: F/FTP (foil around each pair with overall foil)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 2 m
• Color: Yellow
• Typical use: Short-reach high-bandwidth Ethernet links

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the RJ-45 port of your network device (switch, router, server or NIC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance. For installations in structured cabling, maintain proper bend radius and avoid excessive pulling force during termination.

Recommendations

Use this Cat8.1 F/FTP cable for short, high-bandwidth links where shielded cabling is required. For best results in data center or rack deployments, pair with compatible shielded RJ-45 ports and maintain proper grounding of shielded infrastructure to preserve EMI protection.
