Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-41052-4 5m Cat8.1 F/FTP žltý

The ShiverPeaks BS08-41052-4 is a 5m networking cable designed to meet Cat8.1 standards with F/FTP shielding and RJ-45 terminations. It supports high-speed data transmission for modern network environments and is finished in a bright yellow jacket for improved visibility and cable identification in home, office, or data center setups.

Advantages

F/FTP shielding combines overall foil with individually shielded pairs to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, supporting reliable high-frequency signals. The Cat8.1 standard enables elevated bandwidth and improved signal integrity compared with lower-category cables. RJ-45 connectors provide broad compatibility with existing Ethernet equipment. The 5 m length offers a balance between reach and cable management, while the yellow jacket improves visibility and simplifies tracing in cable bundles.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet connections between switches, routers, and servers
• Home and small office networks requiring fast local data transfers
• Patch panels and structured cabling where identification and visibility are needed

Key specifications

• Category: Cat8.1
• Shielding: F/FTP (overall foil + individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Length: 5 metres
• Cable jacket colour: Yellow

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 connector to the corresponding Ethernet port on your network devices such as switches, routers, or network interface cards. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and excessive pulling; maintain bend radii recommended for twisted-pair cables to preserve signal quality. For structured installations, use cable management accessories to secure and separate the cable from power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short runs up to 5 m where high-frequency performance and reduced interference are required. Avoid running the cable parallel and close to mains power cables; if crossing is necessary, cross at right angles. Inspect connectors for secure seating and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show visible damage.
