Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-41075-4 Cat8.1 10 m F/FTP čierny

The ShiverPeaks BS08-41075-4 Cat8.1 10m F/FTP Black is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for demanding network environments. Compliant with Cat8.1 specifications, this 10-metre cable uses F/FTP shielding to minimise electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, and is terminated with RJ-45 connectors on both ends for compatibility with standard network equipment. The black outer jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for both home and office installations.

Advantages

This Cat8.1 cable delivers enhanced throughput and stability for high-speed data transmission. F/FTP shielding around individually twisted pairs plus an overall foil shield increases resistance to external noise sources, improving signal integrity in congested areas. The 10 m length offers flexibility in device placement without requiring additional patching, while RJ-45 terminations preserve compatibility with standard switches, routers and NICs that accept shielded Ethernet connectors. The cable’s construction supports low-latency connections for applications that demand consistent network performance.

Suitable for

• High-speed home network backbones and wired LAN connections
• Small office and enterprise workstations requiring shielded cabling
• Connections between switches, patch panels and network appliances
• Low-latency applications such as online gaming and real-time collaboration
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference from nearby equipment

Key specifications

• Category: Cat8.1 performance class
• Length: 10 m
• Shielding: F/FTP — overall foil with individually foil-shielded twisted pairs
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends (shielded compatible)
• Colour: Black outer jacket
• Use case: Designed for high-frequency, high-throughput Ethernet links

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 terminated end to the corresponding ports of network devices such as switches, routers, patch panels or network cards. Ensure that connected equipment supports shielded RJ-45 connections to maintain the benefits of F/FTP shielding. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and excessive mechanical stress; maintain bend radii consistent with typical Ethernet cabling practices. For installations that involve patch panels or metal racks, verify proper grounding of shielded connectors if required by your network setup.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat8.1 cable for backbone links and short runs up to 10 m where reduced interference and high throughput are needed. Avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and secure connectors to prevent strain. When integrating into shielded installations, ensure continuity of the overall grounding scheme to maximise EMI protection.
