Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-41085-2 15 m Cat8.1 F/FTP čierny

The ShiverPeaks BS08-41085-2 15m Cat8.1 F/FTP Black networking cable is designed for high-speed data transmission in demanding local network environments. Compliant with Cat8.1 performance, the cable uses F/FTP shielding (foil overall with individually foiled pairs) to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Equipped with RJ-45 connectors plated with copper, this 15-metre cable provides a reliable physical link between devices where low latency and high throughput are required.

Advantages

This Cat8.1 F/FTP cable delivers high bandwidth capacity suitable for modern network applications while the full and pair-level foil shielding minimizes signal degradation in electrically noisy environments. The RJ-45 connectors with copper plating ensure consistent contact conductivity and reduced insertion loss. The 15 m length provides flexibility for connecting equipment across rooms or between racks without relying on multiple intermediate joins.

Suitable for

• High-speed wired connections for servers and switches in data centers and server rooms
• Workstations and networked devices needing low-latency, high-throughput links
• Home offices and professional environments with high-bandwidth internet and streaming demands
• Structured cabling runs where robust shielding is required to prevent interference

Key specifications

• Length: 15 metres
• Category: Cat8.1
• Shielding: F/FTP (foil overall + individually foiled pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Connector plating: copper-plated contacts
• Color: black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network port of your device (such as a router, switch, server, or computer) and the other end to the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and locked into place to maintain a stable connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends, kinks, or tightly coiling the cable and keep it separated from sources of strong electromagnetic noise where possible.

Recommendations

For optimal results in structured installations, route the cable using cable management channels or Velcro ties to prevent strain. When deploying in dense equipment racks or alongside power lines, maintain physical separation from high-voltage cables and verify connector seating after installation. This cable is suitable for short-run, high-performance network links up to its rated category; use appropriate grounding and bonding practices in shielded systems to realize the benefits of F/FTP shielding.
