Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-80507 50m Cat7 S/FTP oranžový

The ShiverPeaks BS08-80507 50m Cat7 S/FTP Orange networking cable is a stranded transmission line designed for high-performance Ethernet installations. Built to Cat7 specification with S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction, the cable supports high bandwidth and reduces electromagnetic interference. Its bright orange jacket improves visibility and helps with cable management in racks, data centers, or structured cabling environments.

Advantages

This Cat7 S/FTP cable combines high data-rate capability with enhanced shielding to reduce crosstalk and external noise. The 50 m length provides flexibility for longer runs without intermediate patching. The orange outer sheath increases traceability and simplifies identification during installation or maintenance. The cable is suitable for use where reliable, shielded connections are required for demanding network applications.

Suitable for

• Wired Gigabit and multi-gigabit Ethernet networks
• Structured cabling in offices, server rooms, and data centers
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielded cables are preferred

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Length: 50 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with foil on each twisted pair)
• Conductor type: stranded conductors for flexibility
• Jacket color: orange for visibility
• Suitable for high-bandwidth Ethernet applications

How to use

Route the cable through cable management channels, trays, or conduits as required by the installation. Terminate each end using compatible shielded RJ45 connectors or appropriate keystone jacks that support Cat7 performance and shielding continuity. Ensure proper grounding of the shield at patch panels or equipment that provide shield termination to maintain the effectiveness of the S/FTP construction. Avoid tight bends and excessive tensile force to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, pair the cable with shielded network hardware and maintain consistent shield grounding. Use cable supports and follow bend radius guidelines during installation to prevent damage. Periodically inspect terminations and cable routing in high-traffic or vibration-prone areas to ensure long-term reliability.
