Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75511-0.25B-SET5

The ShiverPeaks BS75511-0.25B-SET5 is a 0.25 m Cat7 networking cable designed for short connections in high-speed networks. Constructed with S/FTP (Shielded/Foiled Twisted Pair) shielding and equipped with RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, the cable provides stable data transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference over short runs. The cable's blue jacket offers a visible, colour-coded solution for organizing patch panels, switches and network equipment.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding limits crosstalk and external interference, improving signal integrity in congested cabling environments. Cat7 performance supports higher bandwidths and reduced packet loss for compatible devices. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ-45 plugs enhance corrosion resistance and ensure consistent electrical contact. The 0.25 m length is suitable for tidy, compact connections where minimal slack and low latency are required.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between network devices (switch to server, switch to router)
• Patch panels and rack-mounted equipment where space is limited
• Home offices and professional workstations requiring high-speed local links
• Situations needing reduced electromagnetic interference and improved signal quality

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Length: 0.25 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (individual pair foil + overall braid)
• Connector type: RJ-45
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Color: Blue

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your switch, router or network interface and the other plug to the corresponding device or patch panel port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure physical connection. For best results, avoid sharp bends near the connector and do not exceed the recommended bend radius. Use the 0.25 m cable for short-distance patching where minimal cable slack is desired.

Recommendations

Use this cable in organized rack setups or desktop configurations to maintain clean cable management and optimal signal performance. Combine with properly shielded network hardware and grounding practices when operating in electrically noisy environments to maximize shielding benefits.
