Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75511-R-SET5 červený 1 m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75511-R-SET5 Red 1m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable is a shielded Ethernet lead designed for high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. This 1-metre Cat7 cable features S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction and RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to support stable, low-loss connections and to reduce electromagnetic interference. The red jacket provides clear visual identification within patch panels or cable bundles while maintaining flexible handling for short-distance links.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding and individually foil-wrapped pairs improve resistance to crosstalk and external interference, making the cable suitable for environments with multiple signal sources. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance over time. The Cat7 specification supports higher frequencies than earlier categories, enabling greater bandwidth for demanding applications. The 1 m length is convenient for patching between nearby devices without excess cable slack.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home and small office networks
• Short patch connections in data cabinets and patch panels
• High-bandwidth devices such as NAS, media servers and gaming PCs
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Length: 1 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil on individual pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Jacket color: Red
• Conductor configuration: Twisted pairs

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. Use the cable for direct device-to-device links or to connect devices to network switches and patch panels. For optimal performance, avoid tight bends near the connector and do not run the cable parallel and close to power lines for extended lengths. When routing in cabinets or under desks, secure the cable with cable ties or organizers to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable for short, high-speed connections where interference suppression matters. Match cable category and shielding to the rest of your network components to preserve signal integrity; if connecting to older equipment, ensure compatibility with Cat5e/Cat6 ports while recognizing the higher performance is achieved with Cat7-capable hardware.
