Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75512-R-SET5 červený 2 m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75512-R-SET5 Red 2m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable is a 2-metre patch lead designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. Built to Cat7 standard with S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, it supports reliable data transmission and reduced interference in home and office networks while offering a distinctive red jacket for clear cable identification.

Advantages

This Cat7 S/FTP cable provides enhanced signal integrity through screened foil twisted pair construction, lowering crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs ensure stable contact and corrosion resistance for long-term use. The 2 m length balances reach and minimized attenuation, and the red outer jacket helps with quick visual identification in cable runs and patch panels.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in home networks
• Office LAN patching between switches, routers and wall ports
• High-bandwidth applications such as streaming, gaming and file transfers
• Structured cabling where color-coding simplifies maintenance

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7 performance level for Gigabit and multi-Gigabit networks
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 2 metres
• Cable jacket colour: red
• Use case: patch cable for horizontal and equipment connections

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch, PC or wall outlet) and the other to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to guarantee proper contact. Route the cable without excessive bending or crushing, and avoid running it parallel and close to mains power cables to reduce interference. For best performance, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable within the specified 2 m length for short patching runs.

Recommendations

For optimal results in mixed environments, pair this Cat7 S/FTP cable with shielded network equipment or properly grounded patch panels to maintain the shielding effectiveness. Use the red colour to mark specific network segments or device groups, and inspect connectors periodically for debris or damage to preserve reliable connections.
