Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75512-W-SET5 2m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75512-W-SET5 2m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable is designed to provide high-speed wired connections for home and office networks. This 2‑metre cable conforms to Cat7 performance levels and uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. It is terminated with RJ‑45 connectors plated in gold to improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance, and is finished in white for a discreet, professional appearance.

Advantages

S/FTP construction combines an overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs to limit crosstalk and external noise, helping to maintain consistent signal integrity over short to medium cable runs. The Cat7 specification supports higher frequencies and data rates than earlier categories, and gold-plated RJ‑45 connectors provide stable electrical contact and longer connector life. The 2 m length is convenient for connecting nearby devices without excess cable slack.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and networked devices in home networks
• Office desk connections where a 2 m patch cable is needed
• High-bandwidth applications such as HD streaming, online gaming and large file transfers
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is desirable

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7 (performance for high-frequency data transmission)
• Length: 2 metres
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold plating
• Colour: White

How to use

Insert an RJ‑45 connector into the network port of your device and the other end into your router, switch or wall outlet. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and pinching of the cable and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power lines and large electrical motors. If you replace an existing cable, power-cycle the connected devices if the network does not automatically re-establish communication.

Recommendations

Use this 2 m Cat7 S/FTP cable for short patch runs between equipment in close proximity. Choose a slightly longer cable only if you require more routing flexibility; maintain gentle bend radii and avoid tight loops to preserve shielding and conductor performance.
