Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75513-O-SET5

The ShiverPeaks BS75513-O-SET5 is a 3 m Cat7 networking cable designed for high-speed wired connections. It features S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for reliable signal transfer, and a flexible jacket in distinctive orange for easy identification in patch panels and cable runs.

Advantages

This Cat7 cable provides improved noise protection through screened foil over each pair plus an overall braid, delivering stable data transmission at higher frequencies compared with lower category cables. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ-45 plugs offer corrosion resistance and consistent contact quality. The 3 m length suits typical desk-to-switch connections while the bright orange jacket assists in organized cabling and quick visual tracing.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers within offices or home networks
• Patch panel and rack installations where clear cable identification is needed
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming, large file transfers and VOIP
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielded cable is preferred

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Length: 3 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (foil around each pair plus overall braid)
• Connector type: RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Jacket color: Orange
• Suitable frequency range: up to standards for Cat7 cabling

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the device network port and the other into a switch, router or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable avoiding tight bends and sharp edges to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. For installation in structured cabling systems, terminate and test according to your network infrastructure procedures.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable in shielded or grounded environments and pair it with compatible shielded connectors and patch panels. Avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines to minimize interference, and verify network link speed and integrity with a cable tester after installation.
