Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75515-W-SET5 5 m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75515-W-SET5 5m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable is designed for high-bandwidth wired connections. Constructed to support Gigabit and multi-gigabit networks, this white Cat7 cable incorporates S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to maintain signal integrity and reduce interference over a 5 meter length. Its flexible jacket and precise termination make it suitable for home, office, and data center patching where reliable, low-latency Ethernet links are required.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides combined foil and braided protection that reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving throughput stability. The RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts ensure consistent contact conductivity and corrosion resistance for long-term performance. The 5 m length balances reach and signal quality for typical desktop-to-switch or patch panel runs. The white jacket offers a neutral appearance that integrates into most interiors.

Suitable for

• Wired connections for PCs, routers, and switches in home and small office environments
• High-speed internet access and streaming where low latency matters
• Patch panel and rack-to-equipment connections in small server rooms
• VoIP phones, IP cameras, and other networked devices requiring stable data transfer

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7, suitable for high-frequency data transmission
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braided shield + individually foiled pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 5 metres
• Jacket colour: white
• Conductor arrangement: twisted pairs optimized for reduced crosstalk

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (PC, switch, router or patch panel) and the other end to the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as large power transformers or unshielded mains cabling. For rack or panel installations, leave enough slack for maintenance and avoid excessive tension on the connector ends.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable in environments where shielded cabling is beneficial—near sources of interference or for installations requiring stable multi-gigabit links. Verify that connected devices and network hardware support the intended speeds, and pair with proper patch panels and keystones rated for Cat6a/Cat7 to preserve shielding effectiveness.
