Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75520-SLM purpurová 10 m Cat7 U/FTP (STP)

The ShiverPeaks BS75520-SLM Magenta 10m Cat7 U/FTP (STP) is a 10‑metre Ethernet cable designed to support high‑speed wired networks that require enhanced shielding. Constructed to Cat7 specifications, the cable uses individually foil‑shielded pairs with an overall braided shield to reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. RJ‑45 connectors are gold‑plated to improve conductivity and resist corrosion. The magenta jacket provides a distinctive visual identifier for organized cabling runs in professional or home environments.

Advantages

This Cat7 U/FTP (STP) cable offers improved signal integrity compared with unshielded alternatives, making it suitable where minimizing interference is important. The combination of pair‑level foil shielding and an overall braid reduces near‑end and far‑end crosstalk, while gold‑plated RJ‑45 plugs provide reliable contact and durable performance over repeated insertions. The 10‑metre length balances reach and signal quality for typical workstation-to-switch or patch‑panel connections. The magenta outer sheath supports easy visual identification in multi‑cable installations.

Suitable for

• Wired network connections between computers, switches and routers in offices and homes
• Patch panels and structured cabling where shielded Category 7 performance is required
• Environments with elevated electromagnetic interference from nearby equipment
• Colour‑coded cabling schemes for quick identification and maintenance

Key specifications

• Length: 10 metres
• Category: Cat7
• Shielding: U/FTP (individually foil‑shielded pairs with overall braided shield)
• Connector type: RJ‑45
• Connector plating: Gold‑plated contacts
• Jacket colour: Magenta

How to use

Route the cable between network devices ensuring bends are gentle and the minimum bend radius of the cable is respected to maintain performance. Insert RJ‑45 connectors into the corresponding ports until they click into place. For installations involving patch panels or keystone jacks, terminate or plug the cable according to the panel or jack manufacturer’s instructions. When using shielded cabling, connect cable shields to grounded metal components or grounding points as required by your infrastructure to preserve the shielding effectiveness.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 U/FTP (STP) cable in shielded or grounded installations and avoid routing the cable parallel and close to high‑voltage power lines. For best performance, test the installed link with appropriate network cable testers and maintain proper bend radius and secure connector seating.
