Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75520-V fialový 10m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75520-Violet 10m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable delivers a high-performance wired connection for home offices, studio deployments, and professional LAN environments. Constructed as Category 7 (Cat7) cable with S/FTP shielding and terminated with RJ-45 plugs featuring gold-plated contacts, this 10 metre lead is intended to provide stable data transmission with reduced electromagnetic and crosstalk interference. The cable’s violet jacket offers a distinctive color option for colour-coded installations and visible cable routing.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines an overall screen with individually foil-shielded pairs to improve noise rejection and signal integrity across the link. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts reduce oxidation risk and support consistent contact quality. A 10 m length balances reach and manageability for desktop-to-patch-panel or switch-to-router connections. The Cat7 specification supports higher frequency operation than earlier categories, making it suitable for demanding wired networks.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between PCs, switches and routers in home or small office networks
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming, VoIP and online gaming
• Color-coded cable management in studios, server rooms or multimedia setups
• Temporary or permanent patching where EMI reduction is desirable

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall screen + individually foiled pairs)
• Length: 10 metres
• Connector: RJ-45 on both ends
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Outer jacket colour: violet

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (PC, switch, router or patch panel) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and keep it separate from high-voltage power lines to minimise electromagnetic interference. For best performance, avoid excessive stretching or repeated sharp bends that could damage internal pairs.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 S/FTP cable in installations where improved shielding is needed; verify that connected equipment supports the intended network speeds and that patching panels or keystone jacks are rated for Cat7 or compatible categories to maintain link performance.
