Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75550-O 50m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75550-O 50m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable is a high-performance cable designed for reliable wired network connections. With full S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, this Cat7 cable supports high-speed data transfer and reduced electromagnetic interference. The 50-meter length and bright orange jacket provide extended reach and visibility for structured cabling runs in home, office, or data center environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines individual foil shielding around each pair with an overall braided shield, offering improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded alternatives. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs enhance contact conductivity and resist corrosion for stable signal transmission. The Cat7 specification enables support for higher bandwidths and reliable performance for demanding network applications. The durable outer jacket and visible orange color simplify cable identification and routing.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN installations in homes and small offices
• Patch runs between switches, routers, and network devices
• Structured cabling where high bandwidth and low interference are required
• Temporary or permanent installations requiring visible cable routing

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (shielded overall with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Length: 50 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Conductor: twisted pairs suitable for high-frequency signal transmission
• Jacket color: orange for improved visibility

How to use

Route the cable from source to destination keeping bend radius recommendations and avoiding sharp kinks. Terminate both ends with RJ-45 connectors if not pre-terminated, ensuring correct pair alignment and secure contacts. When placing near potential sources of electromagnetic interference, make use of the shielded design by properly grounding the cable or connected equipment according to local installation practices. Test end-to-end connectivity and performance with a network cable tester or validation tool to confirm gigabit or higher throughput as required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and maintain recommended separation distances. Use appropriate cable management accessories and strain relief at termination points. When installing in permanent infrastructure, follow local codes for shielding grounding and fire safety.
