Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75711-H0.25R červený 0,25 m Cat6 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75711-H0.25R Red 0.25m Cat6 S/FTP is a short patch cable designed for reliable network connections in compact setups. Constructed to Cat6 specifications with S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) structure, the cable supports high-speed data transfer and reduced electromagnetic interference. Both ends are terminated with RJ-45 plugs featuring gold-plated contacts to maintain signal integrity and resist corrosion. The 0.25 meter length and red jacket make it suitable for tidy short links and colour-coded installations in home or office networks.

Advantages

Shielding with S/FTP construction combines individual foil shielding of pairs with an overall braid to minimize crosstalk and external EMI, improving connection stability in environments with multiple cables or electronic equipment. Cat6 design supports higher bandwidth and reliable gigabit performance for typical LAN applications. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide consistent conductivity and durability over repeated insertions. The compact 0.25 m length reduces excess cable clutter and the red jacket enables easy identification in patch panels or structured cabling systems.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switches, routers and wall outlets in rack enclosures
• Colour-coded network runs for organised home, office or studio setups
• High-speed gigabit Ethernet links where cable runs are minimal
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference requiring shielded cabling

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foiled pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Length: 0.25 m
• Jacket colour: Red

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port until the latch clicks to ensure a secure connection. Use the cable to link devices such as switches, routers, network interface cards or patch panels where a short direct connection is required. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling on the cable to maintain shielding and conductor integrity. For rack or patch-panel installations, route the cable to minimise stress on the connectors and to preserve tidy cable management.

Recommendations

Use the red 0.25 m Cat6 S/FTP cable for short, high-performance connections and colour-coded identification. Choose shielded cabling in areas with many power or signal cables to reduce interference. Verify that connected equipment supports Cat6 speeds to achieve expected performance.
