Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75711-H0.25W 0,25 m Cat6 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75711-H0.25W 0.25m Cat6 S/FTP networking cable is a short patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. It conforms to Cat6 performance parameters and uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity over short runs. The cable is terminated with RJ-45 connectors plated in gold and comes in a white jacket suitable for visible installations and confined spaces.

Advantages

This Cat6 S/FTP cable combines short-length convenience with improved noise immunity thanks to its overall braid and individually foil-shielded pairs. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs provide reliable contact and resistance to corrosion, while the compact 0.25 m length minimizes clutter and signal attenuation in patching scenarios. The white jacket offers a neutral appearance for office racks, wall outlets, or desktop connections.

Suitable for

• Short patching between switches, routers and wall ports in network racks
• Connecting devices in confined workspaces such as desktop setups or media centres
• High-speed Gigabit Ethernet and other Cat6-rated network links over short distances

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 performance class
• Length: 0.25 m
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall braided shield plus individually foil-shielded pairs
• Connector type: RJ-45 plug to RJ-45 plug
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Jacket colour: white

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your network devices until the plug clicks into place. Use this 0.25 m cable for direct, short-distance connections where minimal slack is required, such as patch panels, switch ports, or connecting a desktop to a wall socket. Avoid sharp bends near the terminations and ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain optimal signal transmission.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this cable within structured cabling environments for short links under 1 m, maintain proper cable bend radius, and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference.
