Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75711-HS-SET5 čierny 1 m Cat6 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75711-HS-SET5 Black 1 m Cat6 S/FTP networking cable is designed for reliable high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. This 1 metre cable complies with Category 6 performance, offering support for fast Ethernet and Gigabit connections. It uses S/FTP shielding to minimise electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while RJ-45 connectors with gold plating provide consistent contact quality and resistance to corrosion.

Advantages

This Cat6 S/FTP cable provides improved signal integrity thanks to overall foil shielding combined with individually shielded pairs, reducing external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk. The gold-plated RJ-45 connectors deliver stable contacts and longer lifespan compared with unplated terminations. Its 1 m length and flexible outer jacket make installation and cable routing simple in tight spaces or between nearby devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, switches and network interface cards over short distances
• Establishing Gigabit Ethernet connections in home or small office setups
• Linking networked printers, NAS devices and media players
• Temporary or permanent patching in structured cabling near patch panels

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 performance for fast Ethernet and Gigabit applications
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall foil shield with individually shielded twisted pairs
• Length: 1 metre
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Black
• Conductor: stranded or solid copper conductors suitable for patching (check device compatibility)

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your router, switch or network device and the other end into the corresponding port on the connected device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to guarantee reliable contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and heavy compression; maintain gentle curves to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. For best performance, keep the cable separated from strong electrical sources and large power cables to reduce potential interference.

Recommendations

Use this 1 m Cat6 S/FTP cable for short-run connections where reduced interference and reliable Gigabit throughput are required. For longer runs or fixed in-wall installations, select an appropriate cable length and verify compatibility with building regulations and installation standards.
