Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75711-HW-SET10 1m Cat6 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75711-HW-SET10 1m Cat6 S/FTP networking cable provides a short, high-performance connection for networking equipment. Designed for applications that require clear signal transmission and resistance to external interference, this Cat6 cable features foil and braided shielding around pairs plus an overall shield (S/FTP). It comes in a white jacket and terminated with RJ-45 connectors plated in gold to ensure good conductivity and contact durability.

Advantages

Shielding around each twisted pair combined with an overall shield reduces crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance corrosion resistance and maintain reliable electrical contact over repeated insertions. The 1 meter length minimizes excess cable in tight installations and helps maintain tidy cable management. The Cat6 specification supports fast Ethernet and gigabit applications with stable throughput for typical home and office equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches, routers, and NAS devices in home or small office networks
• Short patch runs between wall outlets and desktop equipment
• Environments with moderate electromagnetic interference where shielded cabling is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield plus foil around individual pairs and braided shield)
• Length: 1 meter
• Connector type: RJ-45
• Connector plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Color: White
• Intended use: Ethernet data transmission up to Cat6 performance levels

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other connector into the corresponding port on a switch, router or wall socket. Verify that connectors are fully seated and locked by the latch. For best performance, avoid sharp bends and kinks in the cable and keep the cable clear of large power cables or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use cable ties or clips to secure the cable in place without compressing the jacket.

Recommendations

Use this 1m Cat6 S/FTP cable for short, visible connections where shielding and contact reliability matter. For longer runs, select a cable length suited to the route and ensure grounding practices for shielded installations if required by your network setup.
