Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75712-A 2m Cat6a S/FTP sivý

The ShiverPeaks BS75712-A 2m Cat6a S/FTP Grey is a 2‑meter network patch cable built to the Cat6a specification with S/FTP shielding and RJ‑45 connectors on both ends. It supports high‑speed data transmission for modern Ethernet networks, offering a compact and tidy connection between switches, routers, patch panels and endpoints. The grey jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for home or office installations while the cable construction focuses on signal integrity and reduced interference.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil screen with individually shielded twisted pairs to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, which helps maintain stable performance at higher frequencies. Conformance to the Cat6a standard enables the cable to carry 10 Gigabit Ethernet over short to moderate distances while RJ‑45 connectors ensure compatibility with standard network equipment. The 2 meter length provides flexibility for typical desktop or rack connections without excessive slack.

Key specifications

• Length: 2 meters
• Cabling standard: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ‑45 on both ends
• Color: Grey
• Typical application: 10 Gigabit Ethernet capable at rated distances

How to use

Connect one RJ‑45 connector to the network port of your device and the other to a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and avoid running alongside high‑power electrical cables to minimize potential interference. For rack or patch panel installations, measure required length and allow a small service loop for strain relief.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat6a S/FTP cable in environments that require reduced electromagnetic interference and where 10 Gigabit Ethernet may be used. Avoid sharp bends, kinking, and exposure to direct heat sources; when installing in structured cabling systems, follow local wiring standards and recommended bend radii for Cat6a cables.
